Minimum Order & Sampling Policy
At Hemani Aromatics, we aim to deliver high-quality fragrances with consistency and technical reliability
To maintain this standard across all batches, the following minimum order quantities are applicable:
Order MOQ – 5 kg per fragrance
Each fragrance that goes into production is compounded in controlled conditions to ensure olfactive accuracy and batch-to-batch consistency. A minimum order of 5 kg per fragrance allows us to follow proper weighing, blending and quality control procedures, while optimising material usage and production time. This MOQ applies across all segments — fine fragrance, personal care, air care and home care.
Sampling – 5 ml to 15 ml bottles
Before finalising any fragrance for bulk production, we encourage clients to evaluate a sample. Our fragrance samples are supplied in 5 ml to 15 ml bottles depending on the application and evaluation requirement. This allows formulators and marketing teams to test the scent in their base/product and provide accurate feedback prior to confirmation.
